Spicy Smoked Kielbasa, Made in Bishop

Once considered a Polish delicacy, kielbasa is now enjoyed from coast to coast. Grilled on the barbeque, spicy kielbasa can be served with steak and shrimp to provide the heat in a mixed grill; sliced up as an appetizer and served with mustard and brown bread; or served in a roll or bun, hot-dog style.

For best results, bring to room temp, then pan-sear and finish gently (or grill, roast, or simmer) until the internal temp reaches 160°F.

    Great flavor but......

    Just too hot for me. Should not be a deterrent for you trying it. My spice tolerance just wasn't what it was 20 years ago.
